Since graduating from the University of New Hampshire in May 2023, Simon has invested most of his professional time in the business of XR development. After receiving a certification from XR Bootcamp for their 16-week foundations and prototyping course, Simon continued to develop his skills through the development of hundreds of small prototypes, a number of which are featured here. Over the past year, Simon has found a niche in system architecture, interaction design, VFX working in the Unity Game Engine. Recently, while Simon’s focus remains on developing XR experiences that are both exciting and utilitarian, he is also exploring web application development using React and the use cases for Python in API development.
Crimson Wheeler is a dedicated software engineer and XR developer specializing in the development and implementation of system architecture and gameplay. With a focus on creating scalable and cohesive solutions, Crimson excels at handling the full game implementation pipeline, from designing modular frameworks to delivering polished interactive experiences. As a key contributor at Luminary Labs, a former mentor and graduate of XR Bootcamp, Crimson has a versatile skill set that includes optimizing development pipelines, enhancing gameplay systems, crafting immersive XR projects, and creating AAA Visual Effects. He is passionate about continuous learning and collaboration, Crimson thrives on transforming complex ideas into functional and engaging solutions.
